I liked the hotel, it was huge and clean. Location was excellent and good, far away from the more modern areas of town. - the rooms were huge with a king-size bed, you feel like home.

Its location in Queretaro was excellent and particularly good, near to the more modern areas and The down town center and the centre square. The rooms were a nice size and huge with a king size bed, felt like home. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Queretaro.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at Holiday Inn. I especially appreciated the dedicated work area and prompt room service. The hotel's excellent location made it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The two dinner options provided delicious meals right on site, and the outside area with pool and garden views was the perfect spot to unwind. The personnel were helpful and nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I would suggest allowing more time in the morning for traffic rush hour in front of the hotel if you're visiting for work or business.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything I needed. I was able to explore the historic area of Queretaro and easily access the city center. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The amenities were also excellent. The pool and jacuzzis were clean and the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. I also appreciated the bonus of having a gym on-site, which was nice, functional, and clean.

The personal at the front desk does not understand the policy. I book the room with a credit card and wanted to pay with another but the girl at the front desk refused to allow us to pay with another credit card. She said that this is Holiday Inn´s policy.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection and attentive service. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The location was convenient and close to downtown. The pool, jacuzzis, and gym were clean and well-maintained.
